City’s fixture against Stockport County on Saturday 26 October will be the club's official remembrance fixture.
There will be a short ceremony before the match, which includes a bugler performing a rendition of the Last Post.
Supporters are asked to get to their seats earlier than usual to ensure that everybody can watch the commemorations and pay their respects.
Turnstiles will also be temporarily closed during the ceremony. Supporters will be allowed in before and after this closure to ensure background noise is minimised while those inside the ground pay their respects.
Poppy pin badges are available from the club store in the run-up to the game for just £6, with all proceeds helping the Royal British Legion support servicemen and women, veterans and their families.
In recognition of their services, the club are pleased to be able to offer members of the armed forces and veterans the opportunity to attend games at the LNER Stadium at a discounted price compared to the usual reduced special offer.
The club have ringfenced a number of £10 tickets for eligible armed forces and veterans for the remembrance fixture, with additional tickets for family and friends available to be booked at the usual match prices.
These can be purchased by initially registering proof of eligibility with the ticket office at the LNER Stadium. Once registered, tickets will be available when games go on general sale on a first come first served basis until the limit for that game is reached.
This is an additional offer over and above the usual armed forces offer which was announced for the 2024/25 season with a number of discounted tickets set aside for armed forces and veterans for all Sky Bet League One fixtures.
To register, please email the ticket office on tickets@theredimps.com with relevant ID. The ticket office will then confirm if accepted onto the scheme and provide further information on how to redeem the offer.
