Thank you to everyone who has supported Lincoln City Football Club on its journey.

Following a recent meeting of the board of directors, the minimum shareholding requirement for new shareholders will increase from 150 shares (£75) to 500 shares (£250) with effect from Wednesday 1 July 2026.

The share price will remain unchanged at 50 pence per share. This change applies only to new shareholding applications submitted from 1 July 2026 onwards and does not affect any existing shareholders or existing shareholdings.

The board regularly reviews the club’s governance arrangements and shareholder administration, and this change reflects that ongoing review.
