The Imps are inviting passionate food and beverage vendors to play a key role in the matchday experience at the LNER Stadium for the 2025/26 campaign.
Whether you're a seasoned street food operator or a specialty coffee connoisseur, this is your opportunity to showcase your offerings to thousands of fans.

Matchdays here at Lincoln City are about more than just football, with our popular Fan Village – located behind the Rilmac Stand – offering a vibrant hub of activity, music and family-friendly entertainment, as well as some fantastic locally-sourced food and drink options. It is a perfect environment for vendors to engage with supporters and play a key role in the matchday excitement.
As we review the matchday offering at the stadium, we have possible spaces available both within the Fan Village and around the stadium footprint either regularly or on a match-by-match basis.
What we're looking for
We welcome applications from vendors offering:
- High-quality, locally-sourced food options
- Specialty coffee and beverages
- Unique culinary experiences that enhance the fan experience
All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations and possess the necessary certifications. In return for the opportunity, pitch fees apply.
