City have opened the ticket buyback scheme for the visit of West Ham United on Wednesday 14 October.
Demand has been high for the Sky Bet Championship fixture, with home tickets selling out quickly after going on general sale
Those who cannot attend can put their seat forward for resale, helping another Imp get behind the team for the eagerly anticipated home fixture.
Supporters whose returned seat is successfully resold will receive credit on their ticketing account and will also be automatically entered into a monthly prize draw, sponsored by Bainland Lodge Retreats, to win a stay in a luxury lodge, a signed shirt or a club shop voucher.
How to release your seat for resale
- Sign into your We Are Imps account.
- Navigate to the ticketing account menu. Under notifications it will show “manage tickets”.
- Select the tickets you would like to offer for resale.
- Select “sell on ticket exchange”.
- Review order and accept the terms and conditions before hitting “complete purchase”.
- If your seat is sold you will receive an email to inform you of the purchase and the relevant credit will be added to your ticketing account.
- There is a deadline of 1pm on the day of the game to both post your ticket and for the ticket to be purchased.
