Elicha Ahui has been recalled from Ayr United and joined National League North side Peterborough Sports on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old defender made 14 appearances for the Scottish Championship side in the first half of the campaign and will now see out the rest of the 2023/24 with the Turbines.
City’s director of football Jez George said: ”Following the change of manager at Ayr United, it was clear that Elicha would have limited playing opportunities for the remainder of the season.
"Therefore, as he has been away from our environment for a year, we wanted to bring him back to train with us and allow Michael and our new coaching staff to work with him. On that basis, after the brilliant way in which Michael Gash & Luke Steele looked after Oisin & Hayden, it was a no-brainer for him to join Peterborough Sports on loan.”
