The Imps will face Accrington Stanley on Tuesday 5 December (7.45pm KO) in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy round of 32.
City progressed through their group after wins against Wolves U21 and Notts County, which has set up a knockout tie at the Wham Stadium towards the start of next month.
Ticket prices have been confirmed for the trip, with details for when they will go on sale to be confirmed when the club receives the allocation of tickets.
The fixture will also be eligible for domestic and international streaming on iFollow Imps for £10, or the equivalent cost in your local currency if outside the UK & Ireland.
