On Saturday 25 November the club will be collecting items for the Family Action Toy Appeal in the the Red Imps Community Trust (RICT) stand.
Family Action Toy Appeal are a behaviour outreach support service. As caseworkers they cover Lincoln, West Lindsey and North Kesteven.
They primarily work with Lincolnshire schools and academies to support pupils displaying distressed behaviour that is compromising their learning and school attendance, the learning of their peers, or for students at risk of exclusion.
The items collected aim to make Christmas magic for the children and young people they work with by providing them with a gift they may otherwise not have had.
The Red Imps Community Trust (RICT) will be collecting any generous donations at City's upcoming Barnsley fixture on Saturday 25 November.
The RICT will welcome any gift from the below:
- Toys
- Toiletry gift sets
- Games (non-gambling)
- Books
- Arts/crafts
Please note that all of the above items must be new and unused. Additionally, there is no need for gift wrapping. This way, the family action toy appeal can make sure each gift makes its way to the right child.
These gifts will then be collected after the fixture and distributed to children within the Lincoln, West Lindsey and North Kesteven areas.
