A new Imps book written by supporters about their experiences following the club has been published.
The book has been titled ‘We all follow the Imps’ and can now be purchased in person at the LNER Stadium club shop for just £9.99.
It includes a wide variety of stories written by City supporters during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been edited by Imps fan and Stacey West blogger Gary Hutchinson, author Ian Plenderleith and journalist Alan Johnson.
Gary said: “It’s great to see the book published. Ian, Alan and I had some great fun editing the wonderful stories and reminiscing about the tales they told.
“These are the real stories of real supporters who have been touched by our great football club, and it was a privilege and honour to be involved in bringing them to print.
“What started as a lockdown idea I had to keep people busy and engaged has finally become part of the extensive Lincoln City library. We hope people enjoy it.”
The new book features 27 interesting stories from a range of different eras, with all contributors receiving their copy free of charge and signed by City head coach Mark Kennedy.
