Charley Kendall has been recalled to City from his loan at Sky Bet League Two side Sutton United.
The forward spent the first half of the season with the London-based side, making 10 appearances.
Imps director of football Jez George said: “Charley has not been able to get the game time that we hoped at Sutton, so we have activated our recall clause to get him back into our environment.
"We will make a decision on what is best for Charley’s development later in the transfer window, but in the meantime Mark and the coaching staff will be able to see him in training and three B team games that we have arranged for January.”
Morgan Worsfold-Gregg and Jovon Makama have also been recalled from their loans at Rushden & Diamonds and Brackley respectively.
