Imps striker Ben House thinks he still has room for improvement, despite establishing himself as a key member of the first-team squad.
The 23-year-old forward has made 10 appearances this season, scoring three goals, but sees room to improve.
He said: “I am tough on myself and I think you have to be critical of yourself. If you are not performing, you need to see what you can improve on.
“I am still adapting to League One and the game. I know there are certain areas I need to improve in.”
After signing for the Imps in January from National League side Eastleigh, House is now fully settled into life in Sky Bet League One.
He added: “Life is good here. I am still adapting to being a striker up against very good players.
“Compared to the National League the players are better, they are quicker and smarter so it is different.”
