The Team Talk programme at Lincoln City Foundation provides opportunities for local people to gain mental health support.
The club's Foundation have a number of activities directly related to helping with mental health under their Team Talk project.
Andy's Man Club (Mondays, 7-9pm) and Unmasked Mental Health (Thursdays 7-9pm) meet at the LNER Stadium for free peer-to-peer support.
These sessions are free, with Andy's Man Club focused on males and the Unmasked Mental Health sessions open to all.
There is no need to book, with the sessions taking place in the Foundation's community hub (Poacher's Den) under the GBM Stand.
There are also Team Talk community football sessions on the 3G pitch opposite the SRP Stand on Wednesdays (7-8pm) and Thursdays (1-2pm). These sessions cost £3.
Alice Carter, head of healthier communities at the Foundation, said: "I'd like to thank the players for taking time to record the video - we know 80% of suicides in Lincolnshire are men and we hope this message coming from footballers may help us reach anyone in our fanbase who is struggling.
"Our Team Talk programme has two elements, we offer peer-to-peer talking groups two nights a week as well as physical activity sessions for people who want the benefits that come from exercise as well as knowing they're taking part in a session with other people you can talk to."
