City are in discussions with Conor McGrandles and Liam Bridcutt over their futures at the club.
The midfield pairs’ contracts run out at the end of June.
Sean Roughan will also remain with the club after an option was taken to extend his contract.
Max Melbourne and John Marquis will leave the Imps when their deals finish next month.
