The Imps have agreed to amend the times tickets go on sale to 10am for matches.
This change, following consultation with the Supporters Board, will allow club staff to respond quicker to enquiries as well as ensure technical support is available from Ticketmaster.
Tickets have traditionally been made available at 7pm to cater for fans who work during the day.
This will now be changed to 10am at each stage of the sales process for games which are not expected to come close to a sell-out.
Home matches where a sell-out is possible or away trips where demand is expected to at least come close to the full allocation will remain at 7pm.
The ticket office at the LNER Stadium is open weekdays from 10am until 5pm with home matchday fixtures having extended opening hours 15 minutes after kick-off. For more information on opening times, click HERE.
