The Imps paid tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice as part of Saturday's remembrance fixture.
The win over Bowers & Pitsea was preceded by a short service of remembrance, including a rendition of the Last Post and a minute's silence which was impeccably observed by everyone in the ground.
More than £2,000 was raised on the day for the Royal British Legion, with those in attendance generously donating to bucket collections around the ground or purchasing the special Imps poppies from the club store.
Supporters from each club were invited to watch the warm-ups from pitchside and meet the players, with Imps fan Richard Thomson and his son Bertie meeting Josh Griffiths, Tom Hopper and Adam Jackson. Bowers & Pitsea fan Stuart Watkinson along with his sons Edward and Thomas were also invited to watch their players prepare for te tie.
