210523 Wembley Comms

Following our success in the Play-Off Semi-Finals, we are pleased to announce further information for our supporters ahead of the Final next Sunday versus Blackpool.

We have been given a general allocation of 3,879 (plus Directors/Hospitality) tickets for our trip to Wembley. Given the restricted capacity, we fully expect demand will outweigh availability; therefore, we will be holding a ballot for tickets once again.

At Wembley Stadium, all seats are sold as singles with every other seat being left vacant (and in some areas, alternate rows will also be left vacant). Although we will endeavour to keep groups within close proximity, tickets will not be allocated in consecutive seats and may be allocated across multiple rows.

As previously communicated, every supporter who entered the ballot for the Semi-Final home leg and missed out on a ticket, will receive priority in this ballot for the Final.

All Season Ticket Holders from the 2020/21 season (those who selected iFollow or credit options) will be eligible to enter (one ticket per Season Ticket Holder).

Entry to the ballot is not dependent on supporters having renewed their Season Ticket for the 2021/22 season.

Ballot Information

If you entered the Semi-Final ballot

  • All supporters who entered the ballot for the Semi-Final at LNER Stadium will automatically be entered into the ballot for Wembley. Those supporters who are not able to attend the final must opt out of the ballot. You can do this by logging into your Ticketmaster account, selecting the fixture and opting out.
  • If you wish to sit with a different group of supporters who were successful or unsuccessful in the previous Semi-Final ballot, you must all opt out, before opting in (again) with the required supporter(s).

If you are a lounge season ticket holder

  • All supporters in the SRP 200 Club and Buildbase Legends Lounge will also be automatically entered into the ballot.

If you did not enter the Semi-Final ballot and would like to attend the Final

  • Supporters who did not enter the ballot for the Semi-Final must opt in by signing into their Ticketmaster account HERE. The ballot will be open from midday on Monday 24th May and will close at 9am on Wednesday 26th May.

Please note, all tickets are non-transferable and must be issued in the same category as the named season ticket holder (i.e. Adult for Adult, Child for Child). Wembley Stadium reserves the right to check identity and/or eligibility on presentation of a match ticket.

The Club will also be monitoring various channels for ticket re-sales. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets made available for re-sale.

When will the ballot be drawn?

The ballot will be drawn on Wednesday 26th May and supporters will know if they are successful later that day after the ballot process is completed.

Should any refunds or tickets become available, we will automatically issue these to fans, by extending the ballot. The process will be consistent and without any weighting, other than for those who applied, and missed out, in the Semi-Final.

Prices

There are varying prices for supporters at Wembley dependant on location and these are as follows;

Adult (Ages 16-64) – £35, £45, £55

Concession (Age 65+) – £17.50, £22.50, £27.50

Junior (U16) – £17.50, £22.50, £27.50

Disabled (Wheelchair and Carer) – £55, £45

Ambulant Disabled – TBC

Due to the nature of the ballot process and such a short turnaround time, it is not possible to select your preferred price banding. Tickets will be allocated automatically. Once tickets have been allocated, you are able to decline/refund your tickets, however, we are not able to offer any substitute tickets.

Booking Fees

Please note that there will be a booking fee of £2.40 per ticket plus £1.25 per digital delivery.

All tickets are print at home (there will be no mobile wallets for this fixture).

Travel

The Club is currently exploring options surrounding coach travel and will provide further information if this is to take place.

Train tickets are also available to purchase but please note that the services to London King’s Cross from Lincoln on Sunday 30th May will include a change at Newark North Gate.

All supporters wishing to travel by train must have a seat reservation, must wear a face mask at all times and note that alcohol consumption is not allowed on board. We also recommend travelling at quieter times and to plan as far ahead in advance as possible due to social distancing restrictions.

The last service out of London King’s Cross to Lincoln (with changes) is at 21:33 on Sunday 30th May. Please allow 2-3 hours to make it back to the station in time.

Thanks for your fantastic support as always.
