Matchday guide: Hartlepool United (H)

Ahead of the Sky Bet League One fixture with Shrewsbury Town on Saturday, we are able to provide supporters with a guide to plan your visit to the LNER Stadium.

Match theme

Saturday is City's Rainbow Laces game as the club show their support for inclusivity, with special rainbow corner flags as well as as captain's armbands. Players and staff will also be wearing rainbow laces.

University of Lincoln Fan Village

A variety of different food options will be available for supporters from 12noon. Sausage Grill, Curry Jacks, Love Coffee, the Yellowbelly Sausage Company and the Barbell Burger Co will all be present supplying their locally-sourced delights.

Lincoln City Foundation will be running events for our younger fans, including a presence in the community hub in the Lincolnshire Co-Operative Stand.
 
A variety of alcoholic and soft drinks are available.

Food court

There is a brand new food court outside the Selenity Stand which is also available at half-time. Hot drinks are available.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased from the ticket office before the match but we strongly reccomend purchasing online at eticketing.co.uk/imps.

Travelling supporters can purchase tickets in the away end - these must be bought from the ticket office before the game.

Half-time draw tickets

Tickets are available at the entrances to the stadium footprint via Cross Street and Sincil Bank, as welll as outside the ticket office and all hospitality areas.

Travel

Gold and Gold+ Members can travel on Stagecoach services for free on matchdays. Please also be aware that with the Christmas Market is on uphill so there will likely be an increase in traffic in areas leading to the city centre.

The club are trialling a new drop-off area for travelling coaches on the South Common.

In addition to street parking there are a number of pay & display car parks run by Lincolnshire County Council. There is also a discount of more than 50% available to anyone using the Lincoln Central Car Park on matchday Saturdays using the QR code below.

  • Just £4.20 to park all day (a discount of more than 50%)
  • Covers a 24 hour period from 9am Saturday until 9am Sunday

First-time visitors & travelling fans

Audio descriptive commentary

The Imps provide a free audio descriptive commentary service for fans with visual impairments. Headsets and receivers can be collected from the ticket office before the game (from the SLO point 12noon-2pm, then from the ticket office desks). Fans are encouraged to bring their own headphones where possible to minimise the amount of equipment needed to be shared - the receivers have a standard aux output. Anyone with questions about the service are asked to contact disability liaison officer Heidi Langham on dlo@theredimps.com.

Programmes

Our new-look 64-page programme features an interview with goalkeeper Sam Long as well as updates from the manager and chief executive. There is also analysis of the opposition, historical content and much more. Supporters not at the game can order a copy of the programme here.

Programmes are available from sellers around the stadium as well as from the ticket office, with fans able to pay by cash or card.

Poacher the Imp

Make sure you keep an eye out for Poacher The Imp who will be around the LNER Stadium on the day - starting with the University of Lincoln Fan Village for selfies with fans! He'll make his way pitchside by 2.45pm.
