Lewis Montsma says everyone in the playing squad is working hard as they look to get back to winning ways.
The centre-back hopes the Imps can get back to winning ways against Cheltenham on Saturday after the Robins suffered defeat in the week.
He said: “Everybody at the club is still happy and we’re all trying to figure out a way to get out of this, I think that helps a lot that everybody has the same view and everyone is willing to work hard for it.
“we play against a club who got quite a big hit on Tuesday - maybe we can take advantage of that and hopefully get a win away from home.”
The Dutchman sung the praises of his fellow centre-backs and says he can quite happily play alongside any of them - and has done so this season as injuries, suspensions and squad rotation have seen the personnel in the back four changed.
He added: “I’ve known these guys for a while now, they were here last season as well so it’s not hard to play with them. I think every time TJ or Jacko play they do everything right and fill in the position.
“Unfortunately Joe Walsh has been out for time now, but everyone has done a great job when they’re in the team.”
