Ahead of the opening fixture of the 2020/21 season we would like to instruct supporters how to purchase an iFollow match pass to keep up with all the action LIVE as it happens.
Register for your account
First of all, if you have not yet registered for iFollow, please click the sign in/register button which is found at the top of the website navigation bar on, the right-hand side.
(Registering for an account is free.)
We would ask all supporters to go through the process of registering for an account on iFollow ahead of Saturday to ensure any issues encountered can be resolved in good time.
Purchasing a match pass
Once registered and signed in, please navigate to the iFollow tab on the navigation bar, then click ‘next match’ and you see the match centre, at the bottom on the grey bar you will see a link on the right hand side which reads ‘Buy a video match pass’ which you should click.
Following inputting your payment details and when your payment is made and is successful, you should return to the home page.
*There is no option to register or buy on the app. The match pass purchase must take place on web and then the credentials used to login via the App if you wish to use the app to view the game.
Ahead of kick off – Accessing the live stream
On the day of the game to access the live feed of the match, please look at the ‘Live Match Centre’ which will be at the top of the website (It displays the fixture details within it) or if you cannot see it, please click – HERE
At the bottom of the match centre which you can now see there is a grey bar.
On the right-hand side of this bar there will be an icon to click which at the side of it reads - WATCH LIVE. Click this to gain access to the live match stream.
The stream from the stadium will be live approximately 15 minutes ahead of kick off.
For any supporters using a mobile device or tablet please remember you can login to your ifollow account and watch the match via your mobile device’s browser (eg Safari) without having to access the app.
