We have been receiving a number of calls in relation to tickets which have already been purchased for the upcoming fixtures which have today been postponed to a later date due to the ongoing issue around coronavirus.
At this time, we are unable to provide supporters with any dates for the rearranged fixtures, however anyone who has purchased a ticket for one of the three fixtures affected by the postponement can retain them for use for the rearranged fixture once the date is confirmed.
However, as per our customer charter, supporters who have already purchased tickets for upcoming home games can request a refund should they require, up to three hours before kick-off, on the date of the rearranged fixture.
Similarly, any tickets which have been purchased for the scheduled away fixture at Tranmere Rovers, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday 14th March, are eligible for use on the date of the rearranged fixture. Any supporter wishing to obtain a refund must return their ticket to the ticket office within the club store at LNER Stadium, either in person or via post before any refund for their purchase can be processed.
