As part of an ongoing review of our communication with fans Lincoln City are one of the first football clubs in the UK to use WhatsApp messaging as a service for customer service and feedback.
The new service which has been in operation since January, allows Imps fans to make general enquires and provide feedback from their phones as we look to make improvements to our communication options.
The Whatsapp Messenger service will be available during office hours (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri) only but will be put in place to ensure all queries are answered as quickly as possible.
The email@example.com email will still also be in operation as will the phone service (01522 880011)
