Looking ahead to the remaining games over the course of the season we would like to remind supporters about safety and their general conduct in and around the stadium.
It is the responsibility of everyone in the stadium to ensure all can attend games safely, from players, officials, clubs and supporters. However, over recent games there have been a minority of people whose actions could have had a detrimental effect on the safety of others.
Match officials are bound to report any incidents with the Football Association and as a result the authorities are empowered to impose strict sanctions, including financial penalties, which they deem appropriate upon the football club and its supporters.
Such incidents which may be reported can be related to issues around from the use of pyrotechnic devices, pitch incursions and other health and safety related matters.
Therefore, we urge all fans to think of their fellow supporters, be it at home or away, to help ensure everyone can enjoy watching The Imps in safety.
