Residents in the Sincil Bank area have volunteered to host a ‘Matchday Bin’ with the aim of helping to reduce the impact of matchday litter on the local community.
A number of households on the streets close to Sincil Bank stadium have been given an additional refuse wheelie bin at their property. The bin is Lincoln City branded and will be put out on the street ahead of matches. These bins will offer an extra way for supporters to dispose of their waste correctly as they walk to and from Sincil Bank stadium.
Sincil Bank residents would like to encourage Lincoln City Football Club fans to use matchday bins and continue to be mindful of the local neighbourhood during the season ahead.
