We are pleased to announce that the discount period for Season Ticket purchases has been extended until July 10th.
Over 1,000 fans have so far secured their seat at Sincil Bank Stadium for the upcoming 2013/14 campaign and with the players back in for training on Monday and the fixtures set to be announced on Wednesday, interest is quickly gathering pace.
The original discounted period for Season Ticket purchases came to a close following a busy day in the Ticket Office on Saturday, but the Board of Directors have decided to extend the deadline giving more fans the chance to make a saving on supporting the Imps.
Commenting on season ticket sales passing the 1,000 mark City Chairman Bob Dorrian said: "Whilst I knew we were close to the 1,000 milestone when the office called to confirm our supporters had got us there I was delighted.
"The Board of Directors would like to extend their thanks to everyone who has committed themselves to the cause. To know sales are well ahead of what they were this time last year gives us everyone associated with the club a huge boost and reflects the positive comments we have been hearing around the Club and the city.
"The Board have discussed the figures and with the fixtures out next week and the manager looking to sign a few more players we decided to extend the opportunity for supporters to purchase their season tickets at the discount price.
"This will give supporters who are still undecided about whether a season ticket is the most cost effective way for them to watch the Imps next season the chance to consider the fixture list first."
Supporters who have already purchased their 2013/14 Season Ticket and have yet to collect their book, meanwhile, are advised to do so as early as possible in order to avoid unnecessary delays. Season Ticket books will not be posted out and can only be collected in person from the Sincil Bank Stadium Ticket Office.
Also, don't forget that one of the new benefits introduced last year for 2012/13 Season Ticket holders was the ability to obtain a discount on their renewal price for next season.
The discount option is available to those Season Ticket holders who have any unused 2012/13 Season Ticket vouchers in their book with adults able to claim a discount of £5 per voucher, disabled & age concessions can claim £3 per voucher and juniors £1 per voucher.
In fact, one adult supporter has renewed their Season Ticket for just £189, which averages out at just over £8 per match, using unused vouchers from their 2012/13 book.
To claim your discount, simply bring your 2012/13 Season Ticket book with you when renewing your Season Ticket.
You can also reduce the cost of your Season Ticket by introducing a new Season Ticket holder, in what is a continuation of a benefit that was been introduced for the 2012/13 season.
For every new Adult or Age Concession Season Ticket holder introduced by a 2013/14 Season Ticket holder, the Club will pay £20 cash back to the Introducer whilst for every new Junior Season Ticket holder introduced by a 2013/14 Season Ticket Holder, the Club will pay £10 cash back to the Introducer.
There is no limit to the number of new Season Ticket holders a 2013/14 Season Ticket holder can introduce, so you could earn enough cash back to pay for your own Season Ticket!!
Normal Ticket Office opening hours are 10.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
