City's annual end of the season awards presentations took place immediately after the final game of the season against Wrexham.
Tendayi Darikwa took home three trophies, scooping the Player of the Season, the Bill Stacey Memorial Trophy for Red Imps Travel Section Away Player of the Season and 617 Player of the Season.
Sean Roughan was recognised after the game for playing every minute in the league and FA Cup for the Imps this season.
Meanwhile, Jovon Makama was handed the Harry Wilmot Trophy for Young Player of the Season, while Freddie Draper was named the PFA Community Champion.
