Katie Williams is confident her side can continue the consistency of their recent performances when they travel to Meadow Lane.

After injury ruled her out for much of 2024, Williams has made an impact on her return to the side and hopes the Imps can take maximum points against Notts County.

Williams said: “I’m always confident in our team because I know our ability in training and our performances in the second half of the season have been really good and quite consistent. 

“We never under-estimate a team based on their position in the league, and we know it being at their home ground they’ll want to put on a good show, but I’m confident we will do what we can on the day.”

The midfielder also described the pride she feels at being able to represent City at such great venues.

She added: “It’s fantastic because it’s becoming a little more frequent getting these opportunities to play in really great stadiums, so I feel privileged and it’s really exciting.”
