City Women began their 23/24 FAWNL campaign with a resounding 6-2 win over Notts County at the LNER Stadium.
The Imps' players started the day watching the Women's World Cup final with fans before taking to the field where goals from Toni McHamilton, Millie Quaintance, Ella Thompson-Moulding, Maddi Green and Leah Hardy guided City to opening day victory.
