Charlie Carlisle enters the second year of his scholarship at the Imps ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Carlisle has worked his way through the ranks at the Imps since joining at U10 level. Although primarily a central defender, he has shown his versatility throughout his time with City, playing across the defensive line and stepping into midfield when needed.

The young defender was a stalwart in Sam Tillen's side, appearing 28 times throughout the 2024/25 season and impressing during the young Imps’ record equalling FA Youth Cup campaign. He joined Lincoln United on season-long work experience loan in July 2025.
