City added depth to their midfield options with the signing of Kamil Conteh on loan from Bristol Rovers until the end of the 2025/26 season.

The 23-year-old has clocked up almost 150 senior competitive career appearances after initially coming through the ranks at then-Premier League Watford. He has since spent time at EFL clubs Middlesbrough, Grimsby Town and Bristol Rovers. 

The man from Sierra Leone made a singular appearance for the Imps during the 2025/26 season when coming off the bench in the final game of the season at Vale Park as City took on Port Vale
