Lincoln City FC are seeking an experienced head of facilities and compliance to lead facilities compliance, health and safety governance and audit readiness across all club sites.

This is a senior, hands on role with responsibility for ensuring the club operates safely, compliantly, and is fully prepared for regulatory, insurance and football governing body scrutiny at all times.

The role works closely with the safety and senior leadership teams, supporting stadium and event safety by ensuring the physical environment, facilities and documentation are robust, compliant and inspection ready.
