Lincoln City Academy are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to join as academy matchday coordinator, to support the smooth delivery of academy match days by coordinating logistics, administration, and operational tasks, ensuring a professional environment for players, staff, officials, and visitors. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Assist with pre-match setup and preparation of facilities, equipment, and documentation. 
• Coordinate player arrival, registration, and communication with coaching staff. 
• Liaise with opposition teams, match officials, and parents where required. 
• Ensure equipment and matchday resources are available and organised. 
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and positive environment aligned with academy standards. 
• Oversee pre-game, half time and post-game refreshment area including selling food and drink. 
• Represent academy values and behaviours throughout all activities. 


Skills and attributes: 
• Strong organisation and communication skills. 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment. 
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. 


Commitment: 
• Availability on match days (weekends and occasional evenings). 
• Voluntary position
