Support Local. Support The Imps. – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Lincoln City Football Club Company Limited (company no. 00047549), LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD.
The promotion is run in partnership with Lincoln BIG, but administered solely by Lincoln City FC.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2. One entry per person per month. Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.
1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, scan the QR code displayed on official “Support Local. Support The Imps.” stickers in participating Lincoln businesses and complete the online form in full.
2.2. Entrants must provide a valid email address for contact purposes.
2.3. Entries must be received before 11:59pm on the final day of each calendar month to be included in that month’s draw.
2.4. Entries received after this time will be entered into the following month’s draw (if the campaign remains active).
3. Prizes
3.1. Each month, 25 winners will each receive a pair of tickets to a Lincoln City FC home fixture.
3.2. Fixtures will be selected by Lincoln City FC based on ticket availability.
3.3. Tickets are for home matches only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for resale.
3.4. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
3.5. The Club reserves the right to substitute prizes with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each month.
4.2. The draw will take place on or around the final working day of each month.
4.3. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.
4.4. Winners must respond to confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of the notification email.
4.5. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner drawn.
4.6. The Club may publish first names and approximate locations (e.g. “Sarah from Lincoln”) of winners on official channels, unless the winner objects.
5. Participating Businesses
5.1. Participating local businesses displaying official campaign stickers are not responsible for administering the draw or distributing prizes.
5.2. Any queries about the competition should be directed to Lincoln City FC via the contact details below.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Personal data supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2. Lincoln City FC will use your personal data only for the purposes of administering the prize draw unless you have given explicit consent to receive marketing communications.
6.3. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email.
6.4. Data will be stored securely and deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the campaign ending.

7. General
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.2. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
7.3. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
7.4. This promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
