City supporters who have renewed their gold membership ahead of the 2024/25 season can now request a seat swap.
Whether you’re looking to sit with a friend or move to a more preferable location, the seat swap request window is now open.
The process to do so is via email in the first instance to seatswap@theredimps.com and these will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. We will accept requests until 5pm on Friday 5 July.
The email should include the supporter’s full name, supporter number, current seat details, the swap request and a contact phone number.
Gold membership holders from the 2023/24 campaign will have until 5pm on Sunday 30 June to renew their seat before they are released. If you have not renewed by this time, then there is no guarantee your seat will be available for the 24/25 campaign. Details on how to renew can be found HERE.
Seat swap requests will be processed from Wednesday 3 July on a first come, first served basis from the emails received. A member of the ticket office team will contact you to confirm if the seat swap request can be done or, if not, they will talk through the best options available to you. This will be done on an outbound basis only to ensure the priority is given as described above, therefore we cannot move seats for people in person or through inbound calls during this period.
At the completion of the seat swap window, supporters who have purchased a new gold membership for the 24/25 season in the holding area will be contacted in the order of date of purchase to enable the club to allocate their preferred seat or discuss options. Again, this will be an outbound call process only so please wait to be contacted by phone call.
