Head to the Fan Village before the match where there are fun family-friendly activities. There will be games such as table tennis, air hockey, table football and FC26 in the Co-Op Community Hub behind the Stacey West Stand. There are free children's football sessions on the 3G pitch opposite the Greenlinc Renewables Stand - there is no need to book on, simply turn up from 12noon.

Need more stickers for your EFL Panini sticker book? Head to Poacher's Den for our swap shop and trade stickers with our club mascot, Poacher The Imp! Poacher will be there from 1.30pm until 2pm.

Head to our brand new TQ Services corner - located in between the GBM Stand and Stacey West Stand - for a range of family activities including Connect 4 and giant Jenga!

Poacher's Swap Shop!

We're celebrating the launch of the new Panini EFL sticker collection by giving away a packet of stickers to every child who comes into Poacher's Den. Poacher himself has been building his collection and already has some swaps. He'll be in Poacher's Den from 1.30-2pm.

Supporter liaison officers

Our SLO team will be around the stadium before and during the game, look out for them or our 'Here To Help' team - they will all be clearly identified. We have a matchday familiarisation opportunity for any supporters who are new to the stadium - this is free and there is no need to sign up, simply head to the ticket office for 1.15pm.

Reporting form

We offer an anonymous online form for supporters to report any concerns around safety or inappropriate behaviour and chanting in or around the stadium. Use the QR code which is situated around the stadium or click here.

Stadium facilities

Our unisex accessible toilets can be found in each corner of the LNER Stadium, as well as each bar and hospitality suite. Supporters can find them on the stadium map and signposted with toilet icons in and around the LNER Stadium. These toilets also include baby changing facilities.

Bins and recycling

We would like to make supporters aware of new legislation which requires the football club to separate waste. In order to apply, clearly designated bins will be located throughout the stadium. Please help us keep the LNER Stadium clean and tidy by putting your rubbish in the correct bin.

Like every business throughout the country, the Imps are now required by law to comply with new waste regulations, failure to do so will result in the club receiving a fine. Thank you to all supporters in advance for their understanding and cooperation with this matter.

Have you spotted the Ellgia-branded bins around the stadium? Nothing you put in them will end up in landfill!

Love football, protect the game

Every fan should feel safe and enjoy an inclusive experience when they attend matches at the LNER Stadium and dangerous or anti-social behaviour have no place in our game.

City joined other EFL clubs in the Love Football, Protect the Game campaign to educate supporters on the impact of anti-social behaviour and pitch incursions which can result in banning orders for the individuals concerned and significant fines being imposed on the club by the football authorities.

Regulation changes and tough new measures have been introduced this season which will see people who are found to have committed offences face stadium bans and potential criminal prosecution.

In addition to bans and criminal sanctions, a range of in-stadium, in-classroom and online resources will be rolled out under the ‘Love Football Protect the Game’ banner, to educate adults and children alike about the hurt tragedy chanting causes. Ground regulations have also been updated to incorporate references to tragedy chanting.

The game will also continue its efforts to combat dangerous, illegal and unwelcome behaviour off the pitch, be it in the stands or online. Last season a host of new measures were introduced by authorities which saw enhanced sanctions applied for people identified entering the pitch, using pyros, taking drugs to games, throwing objects or for discriminatory abuse.
