City have created their annual fan survey to help gain information about the club's supporters, as well as create and steer the Imps’ strategy towards the 24/25 season and beyond.
It is vitally important for the club to learn more about the fan base so that it can progress further following a very strong final few months of our fifth successive season in the third tier of English football.
This survey will take around 15-20 minutes to complete and there are five prizes up for grabs for those who complete it, including a squad signed 24/25 home shirt and other exclusive behind the scenes experiences at the club.
To be entered into the prize draw, make sure you leave your email address and submit at the end of the survey. The closing date is Monday 6 May.
