City have teamed up with Sports Alliance, a KORE Software company, who will become the club's data partner from 1 July 2023.
Sports Alliance, who work with 38 football clubs in the Premier League and EFL as well as many organisations across sport, will work with City's new head of data and CRM.
Andrew Whitham, director of commercial affairs at the Imps, said: "We are pleased to be joining forces with Sports Alliance. Data has been increasingly important to us and how we engage with supporters over the past few years, and this investment will help take our use of it to the next level."
Henk-Frits Verkerk, client services director at Sports Alliance, a KORE software company, added: “We look forward to working with Lincoln City FC. The Sports Alliance Orange Box, a master data management system, in combination with SRM campaign and ‘email-as-a-service’ for campaign execution will help the club engage with fans in a relevant and personalised way.”
