The Imps will face Derby County and Notts County in Northern Group G of the 2023/24 EFL Trophy.
The remainder of Group G will then be decided at 11:30am on Thursday 22 June as an invited Premier League U21 side will also be drawn.
Mark Kennedy’s side will face one of the following:
Everton
Liverpool
Leicester City
Manchester City
Manchester United
Newcastle United
Nottingham Forest
Wolverhampton Wanderers.
All EFL clubs will play two of their three matches at home in the group stages, with the first round of the competition to be played on September 5 or 6.
The EFL trophy final will take place at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 7 April 2024.
