The club is aware that 3% of gold members are still experiencing difficulties when having their cards scanned at the turnstile on matchday.
As a reminder to supporters, this will be due to one of the following reasons:
- The supporter has swapped seats to a different area of LNER Stadium
- The supporter has renewed in a different membership category (i.e. purchased a concession instead of an adult)
If any supporters are still having difficulties gaining entry to LNER Stadium on matchday, please contact the ticket office.
You do not need a physical card to gain entry and may use the digital version where possible. If supporters would prefer a new physical season card, please contact the ticket office. These cards are available at a cost of £3 each.
