The Papa Johns Trophy last 32 draw will take place live on Sky Sports on Friday 11 November following coverage of the Sky Bet Championship match between Birmingham City and Sunderland.
Former Peterborough United and Hull City striker Aaron McLean will make the draw alongside Sky pundit and former Reading captain Jobi McAnuff.
City will be at home after finishing top of their group, with the fixture expected to take place at the LNER Stadium on Tuesday November 22.
