Imps supporters who have renewed their gold membership ahead of the 2022/23 campaign are now able to request a seat swap with the club.
To request a seat swap, supporters must provide the following information to seatswap@theredimps.com before 9am on Monday 13 June 2022.
- Full name
- Supporter number
- Current seat
- Requested seat/area
The ticketing team will action these seat swap requests on a first come first serve basis from Tuesday 7 June 2022 so please be patient.
As a reminder to supporters, Monday 6 June 2022 at 5pm is the deadline for supporters to renew their seat(s). Following the deadline, supporters can still purchase a gold membership but it will be at the new member price and they will not be guaranteed their seat.
All gold memberships purchased from 6 June 2022 will be temporarily placed in the North East Stand whilst the ticketing team action seat swap requests. These supporters will then be contacted at a later date to arrange their seat locations following this seat swap period.

All renewing supporters must keep their season membership card from the 2021/22 season as this will be used to gain access to LNER Stadium for the upcoming campaign. If supporters haven’t already secured a gold membership, CLICK HERE to purchase.
