The club is a member of the English Football League (EFL) and is subject to the EFL’s rules and regulations. As required by those regulations, the Club can confirm the following have a ‘significant interest’ (as that term is defined within the EFL regulations) in the club:

EFL Regulation 113 requires every club to declare publicly the identity of any individual who directly or indirectly owns a stake of ten per cent or more of the club. Lincoln City Football Club Company Ltd ("the club") therefore advises as follows:

Lincoln City Holdings Ltd owns 86.25% of the issued share capital of the club.

Sportvest Capital LLP and HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC own 12.41% and 19.82% of Lincoln City Holdings Ltd respectively.

Sportvest Capital LLP is owned by Clive Nates, Sean Melnick and Ashley Mendelowitz. HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC is owned by Harvey, Missy, Jaxon and Jensen Jabara.

Clive, Sean and Ashley hold a further 27.62%, 5.07% and 0.76% respectively directly in Lincoln City Holdings. Clive also holds 0.08% of the club.

Fans’ shareholding in the club

Lincoln City’s supporters own just under 15% of the shares issued in Lincoln City Football Club Company Limited, the company through which the club operates and carries out its activities. In addition the Red Imps Community Trust holds one million shares in Lincoln City Holdings and 334,000 shares directly in the football club and is represented on both boards.

The club has over 5,400 individual shareholders. You can play your part in the future of Lincoln City Football Club by purchasing shares and owning a piece of the club.

Shares are currently priced at £0.40 each, the same price at which key investors and directors are paying for shares in Lincoln City Holdings at this time. This price of 40p per share will remain in place at least until the end of May 2023. The minimum number of shares which can be purchased is 150 shares (£60). However, you may purchase more shares if you wish to do so.
