As a reminder to shareholders, the Lincoln City Football Club Company Limited extraordinary board meeting (EGM) will be taking place on Thursday 8 December at 7pm in the SRP 200 Club at LNER Stadium.
The meeting has been set up in order to propose two changes to company articles. You can view the original article HERE.
Notice of this EGM along with the associated documents were sent out to shareholders via email on Monday 21 November (please check your junk box if you cannot find this email).

Any shareholders that wish to attend the meeting in person must book a ticket HERE.
If shareholders are unable to attend the meeting, but wish to vote via proxy, please send the completed proxy form to companysecretary@theredimps.com before 5pm on Wednesday 7 December.
