Introducing the new Ticket and Admin Team

As we all work hard behind the scenes towards welcoming fans back to LNER Stadium for the 2021/22 season, we would like to take a moment to introduce you to some of the team.

We have restructured slightly during lockdown and now have a combined ticketing and admin team, making us more flexible to work for a better experience for both fans and colleagues within the Club.

Jen Coulson has worked for Lincoln City FC for four years, having started as Academy Administrator. She now heads up the Ticketing and Admin team as well as continuing in her role as Executive Assistant to the Board & CEO and Office Manager.

Jo Brown will be a familiar face to many fans as she has worked for the Club for a number of years. She understands all of the finer workings of the Ticket Office and remains our lead in this area. She is also the wife of Lincoln City legend, Grant Brown.

Louise Wade has also been at the Club for many years, most recently as Venue Manager. She has now moved over to the Ticketing and Admin team and is rapidly learning the ropes of Ticketmaster to help fans with their season memberships and game tickets going forwards.

Thea Richards is a more recent addition to the Lincoln City FC family. She joined us as Receptionist last September and has proved a valuable addition to both the Ticket Office and our admin team.

Finally, the latest member to join the team is Ruby Coulson. She recently completed her studies at William Farr school and joins the football club as an apprentice. 

We hope that putting faces to names helps us to work together better. We are here to help you get the most out of following the Imps!
