We are as excited as you at the prospect of a full LNER Stadium as we prepare for your return in August.
As part of our preparations, the next phase for the Ticket Office will be actioning Seat Swaps for our supporters.
During this window (Monday 14th June to Friday 18th June), Season Members who have renewed, can request to swap their seat.
We are still in the process of completing all of the paperwork for fans who have renewed their memberships. Once this is completed, we will begin working on the Seat Swaps (subject to availability).
Please do not expect a reply to queries and requests until the Seat Swap window is open. However, if you are interested in moving seats, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Friday 18th June.
Following Seat Swap week, we will communicate further news on new Season Memberships which will be made available to 2019/20 MyImps Members first. Following the exclusive MyImps window (and subject to availability), we may open up new Season Memberships to general sale.
Due to workloads, we will not be able to answer queries on new Season Memberships until the official dates/pricing are released by the Club.
