Following the conclusion of our 2020/21 Sky Bet League One campaign, we would like to address a number of ticket related matters.
Supporters are informed that the Club’s office will be closed for the remainder of this week and will re-open on Monday 7th June. We would like to record our thanks to Jen, Jo, Lou, Thea and all the team behind the scenes who have served the Club and the fans incredibly well over the past three weeks.
We are aware there are several outstanding Season Ticket renewals queries. Any outstanding renewal query received before the deadline will be honoured at renewal price, with seats also reserved; providing proof of attempted renewal (i.e. email) can be provided to show an attempt was made to renew before the deadline. Please allow us the time to process the emails on return to the office next week.
The seat swap request will commence following all outstanding season ticket renewals being dealt with. We will be providing further details on this in due course.
The football club also hopes to have Season Tickets available to MyImps Members as well as a potential general sale in the near future. Further details regarding this will also be provided in the coming weeks.
Finally, following Sunday’s Sky Bet League One Play-off Final at Wembley, we are aware that many supporters with tickets didn’t make it to the game due to the road closures around Wembley Stadium. Therefore, at our discretion and cost, we will look to offer refunds to those who missed the game.
To request a refund, please email tickets@theredimps.com. We will then check this against the Wembley Stadium e-Ticketing system, which will provide information on individuals with unscanned tickets. As a reminder, the ticket office is currently closed, so please allow for this in your expected response times.
