We'd like to thank all shareholders for their patience regarding paperwork for the AGM (which takes place on 25 February 2021). With the recent increase in the number of shareholders at the club, it is important that we ensure all of the information we hold for you is correct. Q. I haven’t had my share certificate. Can I still attend the AGM?
A. If you have received the AGM paperwork in the post, you are on the shareholder database and therefore eligible to attend. For more information about the share certificates, please read this article HERE.
Q. I converted my Season Ticket rebate to shares but haven’t received any AGM paperwork in the post.
A1. If you converted to shares in the RICT (Red Imps Community Trust) rather than in your own name, you will not receive paperwork as you are not a shareholder in your own right.
A2. We may not have your address details on file. Please email us at shareholder@theredimps.com providing us your full address information, including your seat details at LNER Stadium so that we can update the database. We will then send out the AGM paperwork via return email.
Q. My name or address details are wrong on the paperwork I received.
A. Please update your details by emailing shareholder@theredimps.com with the correct details so that we can get this right next year.
Q. I provided my email address but haven’t received the paperwork by email
A. Please check your ‘junk’ folder. Some email addresses do not automatically accept LCFC emails. This is especially true of ‘hotmail’ or ‘yahoo’ addresses.
Q. I received more than one set of paperwork.
A. Please email us at shareholder@theredimps.com and let us know so that we can combine your information on the database.
