On Boxing Day with City facing MK Dons at LNER Stadium, we will be remembering the Imps who have sadly lost their lives in the last year.
The fixture will also see the John Reames memorial trophy presented at full-time, in memory of the former Imps chairman.
To remember the Imps that have passed away during 2021, we would like to publish tributes to loved ones in our match programme on the day.
