The club can inform supporters of further updates from the Ticket Office at the LNER Stadium before the season opener versus Fleetwood Town this weekend.
Season Membership Cards
All Gold/Gold+ Members have been sent a temporary Season Card in the post to enable them to attend the first few home fixtures at LNER Stadium. The club had hoped to provide supporters with their permanent Season Card but the provider of these cards has experienced supply chain issues resulting in them not being available ahead of Saturday’s game. Supporters can also gain entry with their digital e-ticket.
Supporters can still purchase tickets for the upcoming two home fixtures versus Fleetwood Town and Bolton Wanderers by visiting www.eticketing.co.uk/imps.
Lincoln City’s Chief Executive Liam Scully said: “We have sent out temporary cards which will work over the opening few games until our suppliers are able to share the permanent Season Cards with you. These companies are experiencing all sorts of issues with their supply chains along with staff isolating too, so I'm trying to remain as patient as possible, and we've put in place solutions which hopefully suit everyone.”
On the ticketing structure at LNER Stadium, Liam added “We have made numerous changes to the ticketing structure since Ticketmaster came on board as we aim to provide an improved offering to our supporters. Our ticketing team has now merged with the admin team as we have boosted the number of staff available to service our fans.
“We are pleased to reveal that we plan to enable supporters to purchase match tickets from the Waterside Store for home and away games from Monday 23rd August as we look to turn this great space into a Lincoln City hub.
“Given the lack of foot flow from supporters at the LNER Stadium during the week, the Club Store became expensive to run so we have introduced limited opening times, but we have invested into an improved dedicated ticket line (01522 458884) to provide our fans with improved customer service.”
New Ticket Office opening times
Matchdays (Saturday) – 10am – 3:15pm
Matchdays (Tuesday/Midweek) – 1pm – 8pm
Collection day (Friday Before Sat Away Match) – 10am – 6pm
Collection day (Tuesday Before Tues Away Match) – 9am – Noon
Reception – There will be a member of staff at reception during the week (10am – 3pm) to assist supporters with any queries.
For peak periods during the season, additional opening hours may be added.
Waterside Store
The Waterside Store will remain open seven days a week with the club and EPC investing into this store as a future fan hub. Tickets for home and away are able to be purchased from this store but all away collections must be made from LNER Stadium.
