We are pleased to announce we will be holding an iFollow help session at LNER Stadium for any supporters who are having issues with the service.
From creating an iFollow account to logging in to redeeming a match pass if you’re a season ticket holder and of course we will aim to answer as many questions as we can for any other problems that you may have experienced with the service.
The drop-in session will be held at LNER Stadium from 12pm on Monday 19th October in the Travis Perkins Executive Suite.
Please contact media@theredimps.com with your request to attend the session.
You will be emailed back with a time to attend, we would respectfully request that you do not arrive any more than ten minutes before your appointment time.
We would also request that you should bring the device that you would normally use to watch iFollow on, be it a laptop, tablet device or phone.
Please be aware that face masks / coverings should be worn throughout the session (unless exemptions apply).
