First of all, we hope you and your families are well during this tough period for us all! Whilst the future of the 2019/20 season is yet to be decided, we will communicate with you as soon as possible once we receive an update from the EFL.
With the knowledge that the remaining fixtures of the 2019/20 season will either be played behind closed doors, or potentially cancelled altogether, the club has created a process for the refunding of tickets already purchased for our two away fixtures at Tranmere Rovers and Bolton Wanderers.
Given the volume of tickets purchased, please do not contact the club, as we will not have the resources in place at this time to respond to all supporters individually. Instead, the following processes have been put in place for fans who require a refund.
- Tickets purchased online via Eventbrite will automatically be refunded to the account number used in the purchase (minus postage cost) and you will receive an automatic email confirmation from Eventbrite.
- Tickets purchased using a credit/debit card in the Club Store will automatically be refunded to the account number used in the purchase and you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite.
- If you purchased a ticket by cash in the Club Store, we will contact you using the email or telephone number provided at time of purchase to arrange your refund (unfortunately cash refunds are not possible at this time).
Further refund processes will be announced in due course.
