Following last season’s modern day record of over 6,200 season ticket sales, we will be offering our supporters the opportunity to renew next month for the 2020/21 campaign.
The window will open on Monday 24th February 2020 at 7pm for a two-week period and we are pleased to inform supporters that the early renewal prices have been frozen.
Adult season ticket holders can renew from £349 which is just £15.18 per game*. The early renewal period will close at 23:59 on the 9th March 2020. This is guaranteed to be the lowest price available for supporters to purchase their seat(s).

Junior Imps Season Tickets
Junior Imps season tickets and memberships will be rising to £20 for the 2020/21 season. This increase is compliant with an EFL ruling stating that membership prices must be recouped over a period of 3-4 games.
Hospitality Lounges (SRP 1884 Lounge and Buildbase Legend’s Lounge)
We have also frozen prices in all of our hospitality areas at LNER Stadium. Buildbase Legend’s Lounge season ticket holders will be able to renew their seats online. SRP 1884 Lounge season ticket holders will be contacted by a member of our commercial team in due course.
How can I purchase?
A link to purchase will be provided to supporters prior to the window opening on the 24th February 2020. Those supporters unable to purchase online will also be able to renew in the Club Store at LNER Stadium (card only) or via telephone (01522 880011).
New Concession Age – 65
The concession age for the 2020/21 season will be increased to 65+. Current concession season ticket holders between the ages of 60-64 will continue to benefit from the concession price, provided that they renew their season ticket each year going forward.
Supporters wishing to purchase a new season ticket for the first time in the summer must be 65 or above (prior to the 1st August 2020) to qualify for the concession rate.
Our concession rate for match by match tickets next season will also be raised to 65+. For further enquiries, please email feedback@theredimps.com.
Supporters with a disability
We are currently reviewing our disabled ticketing policy. The new policy will recognise that disabled supporters may need assistance to fully enjoy the match day experience and will offer a variety of reasonable adjustments based on the individual needs of a supporter rather than their ‘disability’.

How do I purchase my season ticket via finance?
Supporters can renew their season ticket via Premium Credit for the 2020/21 campaign. To secure your finance, please click HERE after 7pm on the 24/2/20.
Once you have secured finance via Premium Credit, the ticket office will secure your seat(s). Following this, those supporters who have arranged finance for their season tickets will be contacted via email. Please note that this could take 2-3 weeks to process. Once the ticket office has processed your renewal, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite.

Brand New Imps Rewards Scheme
All season ticket holders will receive access to our brand new rewards platform, launching in March 2020. This scheme includes hundreds of discounts and special offers across national brands as well as many local offers.
Renewing season ticket holders will be contacted about Imps Rewards following the closure of the early renewal period in March. Each supporter will have their own log in to Imps Rewards via a portal to explore the vast range of offers.
Can I renew my Season Ticket after February?
Existing season ticket holders will have another opportunity to renew towards the end of this year’s campaign. The dates and prices of the second renewal window will be announced soon.
Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for Junior, Young Adult or Concession rates, the supporter must be the required age as of the 1st August 2020. Proof of age must be provided.
- Family season tickets must be bought on a 1:1 basis (e.g. x1 Adult and x1 Junior) and these must be seated together.
- Each JIC Adult/JIC Concession/JIC Young Adult purchased must have at least one JIC Junior attached. The maximum ratio for this is 1:4. (x 1 JIC Adult + x 4 JIC Junior). These seats are only available in the Coop Lower 1 and Bridge McFarland 6.
